Job Description:
Hedy Holmes Staffing Services is looking for an Executive Assistant who will provide executive support in a one-on-one working relationship directly with the Chairman of the Board and Director of Service; keeping both well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities. When necessary, the Executive Assistant will also serve as a liaison to the Retail Management teams and Board of Directors when necessary. Administrative tasks an Executive Assistant will be responsible for but not limited to include managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing correspondence, arranging transportation/travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Masters Degree (Preferred)
Experience Requirements:
5 – 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives
