Hedy Holmes Staffing Services is looking for a Bookkeeper who will have the primary responsibility in assisting the Accounting Manager. Accounting Managers needs differ; a Bookkeepers daily work functions will vary based on the Accounting Managers unique work style. In general, a Bookkeeper will be responsible for but not limited to operating within QuickBooks to record Accounts Payable, prepare unpaid bill details weekly, prepare and record deposits for bank, preparing monthly billings, manage fees, and reconcile all bank accounts.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
