An Assistant Supervisor will have the primary job responsibility of working closely with all members of project teams and will aid in the supervision of all craft employees. Additionally, an Assistant Supervisor will review the work of subcontractors and other personnel as the project dictates, as well as being responsible for the performance of employees they supervise. Everyday activities a supervisor will be responsible for include construction plans, RFIs, creation of CPM construction schedules, adding new work items into the schedule and reflecting resulting schedule, assisting with coordination subcontractor work scopes, and any position related tasks.
