Job Description:
An Architect Manager will oversee the development of planned communities in the Sacramento area; managing a team of a Drafting Manager and two Drafters, who will assist in the cleanup of the plans. Day-to-day responsibilities for an Architect Manager will include but are not limited to ensuring that all architectural plans are compliant with the codes and requirements specified by the permitting authority as well as HOA guidelines, working with management team to establish deadlines on project start dates, and conducting weekly performance evaluations and team development planning.
Education:
Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Applied technical degree in Architectural design
Experience Requirements:
California Residential Experience
Two or more year of managerial experience in related field
Four or more years working knowledge of residential construction plans
AutoCAD 20202 Architecture
Microsoft Office
