Time Reports and Payroll Frequently Asked Questions with Hedy Holmes Staffing
Q: How do I approve online time reports?
Each client has different criteria for reporting in that timekeeping may be digitalized, your time clock, our time clock, manual timecards, etc. During the onboarding process, your Business Development Executive will determine what needs you have and work with our payroll department to create a personalized program that is easy to follow and easy to maintain.
Q: How do I view previous time reports?
If you are using our timekeeping platform, you will be provided limited access to view current and previous reports/timecards as you wish. If you are using manual timecards, our payroll department can provide you with digitalized copies as needed.
Q: Who can I contact with payroll questions?
As a Hedy Holmes Staffing client, you will be assigned four (4) dedicated representatives to assist in managing your relationship with us. One of those representatives will be a dedicated payroll/accounting staff member who can reach us at any time during regular business hours. This is another example of the extraordinary level of customer support provided by the Hedy Holmes Team!
